Original Flavour Traditional Bannock Mix

Small-batch bannock mix made in Edmonton, Alberta. Easy to prepare at home for soft, golden bannock in under an hour.

The 400g bag will make 6 individual sized bannocks, and the 600g bag will make 8.

Alternatively, and my personal favourite preparation method, you can press the whole loaf of dough into a cast iron frying pan to make one large bannock that can be cut like a pie!
